Each day in the gym brings the new challenge of mixing up your workouts. So often I find myself doing the same routine over and over. Fortunately though, there is this great website called Back on Pointe that specializes in all things women’s fitness, including different workouts for different days. I stumbled across the site on Pinterest and have been addicted ever since. 

Below is an example of different workouts for different days. Mixing up exercises not only keeps your mind engaged, it can also add to your health. Doing the same workouts over and over strengthens only certain muscles. Confusing your muscles by doing different exercises ensures that you are reaching all areas of your body.
