It’s been three days since I participated in the demolition of a 28 pound turkey with my family. Our refrigerator at home is full of leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, you name it! Usually, and this year is no exception, I sit around the day after Thanksgiving wondering what to do with all of the leftovers and still feeling incredibly full.
Women’s Health Magazine came up with several healthy tips to getting rid of the extras and while still making delicious foods. Remember, the only way to keep the leftovers healthy is to eat them in moderation and in addition to more nutritious foods.
